CHECKING IN PROCESS

Managers may ask for a valid ID card (drivers license) of other team player. Player must provide ID to play.

LATE START
|
Home team has no grace period if visitor has 7 players on field.
|
Visiting team has 15 minute grace period to reach 7 players on field

Failure to meet above conditions - complying team can demand forfeit

REFEREE
|
Forefeiting team must pay whole referee fee
|
Game can be shortened by Referee if game starts 20 minutes after schduled time
|
If referee is late - he is not permitted to shorten the game. Report it to Referee Chairman
|
If a referee is absent - teams can play under the RULES. Game will count
|
|
GAME POSTPONEMENT
|
Must have approval of Games Chairman. Referee must be informed by Monday before game
|
Postponement after Monday before game, postponing team must pay full referee fees.
|
|
CANCELING GAMEDAY
|
The RULES must be followed if game is cancelled due to weather or field unavailability
|
Referee must be informed at least two hours before scheduled start time.
|
|
INJURIES
|
Make sure the injury is reflected on the roster sheet by the referee.
|
|
PROTESTS
|
Any protests must be given to referee after the game for referee to enter in roster sheet
|
The game must be played unless the protest goes to any safety issue
|
Manager must follow the procedure for protest set out on website
|
|
PASSES
- TEAMS MUST HAVE THEIR PASSES TO PLAY.
- IF PASSES HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED TO THE TEAMS ON A TIMELY BASIS AN EMAIL FROM THE LEAGUE MUST BE SENT TO BOTH
- MANAGERS AND THE THE REFEREE ALLOWING THAT OR THOSE PLAYERS TO PLAY PRESENTING ANY FORM OF ID.
CONDUCT OF A MANAGER
- YOU ARE REPRESENTING YOUR TEAM BUT MORE IMPORTANT YOU ARE ALSO REPRESENTING THE LEAGUE
- YOU ARE THE LEAGUE. YOU MUST MAINTAIN A HIGH PROFESSIONAL STANDARD.
- PLEASE REMOVE FROM THE FIELD PLAYERS THAT YOU SEE ARE LOSING IT. SAME FOR SPECTATORS

- IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT THE FIELD IS LINED, NETS WITHOUT WHOLES AND SECURED. CORNER FLAGS
- IF THE REFEREE CONSIDERS THE FIELD UNSAFE, HE WILL WRITE A REPORT TO THE LEAGUE AND LEAVE THE PREMISES

REFEREES ABSENCE
- WE HAVE NOT HAD THIS SITUATION IN THE LAST 5 YEARS OR WHATEVER I STARTED ASSIGNING.
- MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A WHISTLE AND FLAGS AND BOTH MANAGERS FOLLOW LEAGUE PROCEDURES.
- IF PLAYED THE GAME IS A VALID GAME.
SUBSTITUTIONS
- PLAYERS MUST REQUEST THE SUBSTITUTIONS AND WAIT FOR THE PLAYER TO LEAVE THE FIELD BEFORE YOU GET IN.
- MAKE SURE REFEREEE SIGNALING THAT YOU CAN COME IN.
MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- MUST CONTACT THE OPPOSING TEAM AND THE REFEREES WITH GAME TIME AND LOCATION NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
- THE REFEREE CONTACT INFO IS IN THE REF SCHEDULE TAB
- IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM THE REFEREE CONTACT ME.
GAME POSTPONEMENTS
- NOT ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY GAMES CHAIRMAN.
- REGARDLESS OF THE APPROVAL BY THE LEAGUE FOR A POSTPONEMENT IF A TEAM CANCELS A GAME AFTER MONDAY NIGHT
- THE TEAM THAT CANCELS THE GAME MUST PAY THE FULL REFEREES FEES. ($240 OR $110)
- THE LEAGUE WILL PAY THE REFEREE AND BILL THE TEAMS.

INJURIES
- INFORM THE REFEREE REGARDING ANY INJURY AND MAKE SURE HE MAKES A NOTE IN THE REPORT.
